I end up doing a lot of adding onto the dialogue and story in order to properly pace the action and flow of the story. The bottom 3 panels is an example of that, although it is mostly already written early on. It originally succeeded the "FOOMP!" comic strip that posted on July 12th, but I needed to explain something... That something isn't fully explained right now, but you can probably figure it out. I could have just had the Space Worm story end 2 strips ago, but I decided to extend it. That would have been a BIG let down of an ending, don't you think? Trust me, we're building up to something MUCH better... Also thanks partially to Dennis of Bruin' the Bear Studios/Coffee for making me realize that some people really do follow my stories!! I wouldn't want to let down the readership, right?
Anyway, hope you enjoyed today's comic! And, yes, of course that "D'OH" is a reference to the Simpsons. It's a pretty awesome show, despite inappropriate content at times, that's been around for almost as long as I have! I mean, it did start airing AFTER 1985, right? Just checking... Originally SuperMilo was going to say, "Crap!" but I felt that "D'OH!" was a better dialogue choice. Until next time!
